BACKYARD SUBDIVISION + SINGLE HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
The original house was situated on a great land size of 925m² with the original house located towards the front of the land which made it a perfect candidate for a dual-occupancy subdivision. Having a habitable property on the block of land while we subdivided and built was a great benefit to cashflow because the front house was leased out during the entire subdivision and build process.
